How to make Hung Curd Peanuts

 


Material


01 cup peanuts


1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garam masala


(Raw) 01 cup gram flour 1/2 cup tied chakka curd Salt as per taste Oil as required Oil (for frying)

Soak peanuts in water for 2 hours. When they get wet, drain their water and keep them aside. Now make a batter by mixing salt, black pepper, garam masala, curd and water as required in gram flour and add soaked peanuts to it. Heat oil in a pan, fry them and take them out on paper. Serve hot hung curd peanuts with chaat masala and green chutney.
